April 1, 2020 Review and Enrichment Through Google Classroom and Paper Packets It was great connecting with my homeroom families yesterday!  Please do your best to stay healthy!  We will get through this and return to normal soon! Tomorrow we start a new adventure as we begin virtual learning through Google Classroom.  We will be placing review and enrichment activities on Google Classroom every Friday for the following week.  It is recommended that you spend 30 to 45 minutes a week working on the posted activities.  These activities are not meant to cause any stress!  They are posted for you to keep your skills sharp and give you a connection to school at this time.     Families in my homeroom or my 6 science classes may email me at lhouser@northschuylkill.net if you have any questions.  This is new to all of us! Monday, February 24th Science- No Homework Tuesday, February 25th Science- No Homework except class 3b has reading passages and questions. Wednesday, February 26th Science- Earth Movement Worksheet Thursday, February 27th Science-  finish what you can of the flip book Friday, February 28th Science- No Homework Friday, February 28th is the PBIS reward for the month!! The reward will be a board game mixer!! The students are able bring a snack and drink!!! Ice cream sandwiches will be given out to students!!!

Mrs. Houser's Homework Feb.10th-Feb.13th

Monday, February 10th-Wednesday, February 18th Science- Students will be working on a Diorama project with a group. The students were given an instruction sheet for the project. Students will be making a model that shows how the four earth systems interact. The students will be working on the project in school. The students are responsible for bringing in the materials needed for their projects. The Diorama's are due Wednesday, February 19th!!! FYI * There is no school for students are Friday, February 14th and Monday, February 17th!!! * The Valentine's Day parties will be held on Thursday, February 13th!!!

Monday, January 27th Science- Cut and Paste Activity( if not completed in class) Tuesday, January 28th Science- No Homework Wednesday, January 29th Science- No Homework Thursday, January 30th Science- Finish Water Cycle Packet (if not completed in class) Friday, January 31st Science- No Homework *Friday, January 31st is our end of the Month reward!!! Students will be getting extra recess and they may bring in a snack and drink!!! *Monday, February 3rd is a dress down for students who had good attendance in the 2nd marking period. The students that received a paper about attendance are the only students able to dress down. Students may wear any favorite team shirt with jeans or sweatpants!!!
